Two briefings from 2010 which provide information and statistics about the affordable artists' studios sector drawn from the NFASP Register 2010 and shows how NFASP uses this information in its campaigns and advocacy work.
The value of the affordable studios sector is being increasingly recognised by local and national government, regeneration agencies, property developers and housing associations.
The information in the Register contributes to two main areas of NFASP's work - advocacy for the studios sector, and advice and support to the studios sector.
NFASP has updated its register with a new comprehensive survey of studio groups and organisations in order to gather important data that will help NFASP continue to make the case for the importance of affordable studios for visual artists. See Survey 2010-2012.
