Acme's Leven Road Studios in Poplar, London, is a pioneering studios scheme created in partnership with social housing provider Swan Housing Group. Acme's Leven Road Studios is the UK's first 100 per cent affordable, mixed-use residential and artists' studio development, in partnership with a social housing provider, and opened in April 2009.
The scheme was shortlisted for the 2009 Lloyd’s Arts & Business Innovation Prize which recognises “the most innovative and progressive partnerships of the last 18 months”.
